Pancakes, basic GF mix
Tried & tested by the korinya kids + given the tick of approval
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sorghum flour
- 11/2 cups Tapioca/arrowroot
- 4 Eggs
- 11/2 cups milk
Instructions
- Out all ingredients into a large bowl & whisk
- Heat a cast iron hot with lots of melted butter
- Cook till brown & flip
- Enjoy with fresh cream, raw honey or maple syrup
