Pancakes, basic GF mix

Tried & tested by the korinya kids + given the tick of approval
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Sorghum flour
  • 11/2 cups Tapioca/arrowroot
  • 4 Eggs
  • 11/2 cups milk

Instructions
 

  • Out all ingredients into a large bowl & whisk
  • Heat a cast iron hot with lots of melted butter
  • Cook till brown & flip
  • Enjoy with fresh cream, raw honey or maple syrup
