Missies Baked Cheesecake
Delicious basic baked cheesecake with deep flavours
Ingredients
BASE
- 1 cup Tapioca/arrowroot
- 1 cup Almond Meal
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp Honey
Filling
- 2 blocks Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Raw honey
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 Tbsp Optional cinnamon or spice of choice
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees c
- Put all the base ingredients in a mixer bowl & mi till comes together well
- Line a springform pan with baking powder, or make lots mini cheesecakes with muffin tins
- Place base mix evenly in pan or pans & bake for 10mins or until slightly golden
- Whilst the base is cooking start the filling
- Put the cream cheese into a mixing bowl, while its mixing slowly incorporate in the eggs, honey, vanilla & pinch sea salt
- Mix until nice & smooth, pour into the springform pan over the baked base or muffin trays.
- Cook until its firm, no wobble & slight crack in it
- Cool and top with your fav topping, cream cheese, honey & cream whisked together..then a beautiful edible flower on top
