Missies Baked Cheesecake

Delicious basic baked cheesecake with deep flavours
Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

BASE

  • 1 cup Tapioca/arrowroot
  • 1 cup Almond Meal
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Filling

  • 2 blocks Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Raw honey
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp Optional cinnamon or spice of choice

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees c
  • Put all the base ingredients in a mixer bowl & mi till comes together well
  • Line a springform pan with baking powder, or make lots mini cheesecakes with muffin tins
  • Place base mix evenly in pan or pans & bake for 10mins or until slightly golden
  • Whilst the base is cooking start the filling
  • Put the cream cheese into a mixing bowl, while its mixing slowly incorporate in the eggs, honey, vanilla & pinch sea salt
  • Mix until nice & smooth, pour into the springform pan over the baked base or muffin trays.
  • Cook until its firm, no wobble & slight crack in it
  • Cool and top with your fav topping, cream cheese, honey & cream whisked together..then a beautiful edible flower on top
