Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees c
Put all the base ingredients in a mixer bowl & mi till comes together well
Line a springform pan with baking powder, or make lots mini cheesecakes with muffin tins
Place base mix evenly in pan or pans & bake for 10mins or until slightly golden
Whilst the base is cooking start the filling
Put the cream cheese into a mixing bowl, while its mixing slowly incorporate in the eggs, honey, vanilla & pinch sea salt
Mix until nice & smooth, pour into the springform pan over the baked base or muffin trays.
Cook until its firm, no wobble & slight crack in it
Cool and top with your fav topping, cream cheese, honey & cream whisked together..then a beautiful edible flower on top
