Spend a couple of hours with us in this interactive workshop learning how to make ricotta and mozzarella using fresh milk from our beloved dairy cows (Calamity Jane, Daffodil, Elsie and Ivy). We will demonstrate how each cheese is made and then, working in small groups, you will make your own cheese.

The workshop ends with a delicious gluten free pizza created with the cheese you have made. (contains nuts)

This workshop also includes a gourmet cheese platter (covid safe style) a hot drink, courtesy of our resident barista.

We welcome you to come and learn with us about basic cheese making and discover what makes Korinya Farm Gate so special. And – you’ll go home being able to make ricotta and mozzarella as part of your everyday life!

Event Specifics:

Duration – approx 2-2.5 hours

Cost – $85 per person

Capacity – This workshop requires a minimum of 10 participants to go ahead (maximum is 12 participants). We will notify you of any possible cancellation of this event at least 7 days before the event.
