Mozzarella and Ricotta Workshop
Second only to air, cheese is essential to life, and we love to showcase it with our basic cheese workshop. You are about to be taken on a journey of cheese learning to make soft ricotta and stretchy mozzarella, and then using them to create a gluten free, keto and paleo friendly pizza worthy of the dinner table in your favourite company. Guided by videos in your own Korinya Farm Gate Workshop portal and with all you need delivered straight to your door, you will be high fiving yourself for what you’ve managed to create – and enjoy – in no time.
Feta and Labneh Natural Cheesecake Workshop
A meal is made 100% better with feta, and 200% better with dessert. You can enjoy making and eating both, with the feta and labneh cheese workshop from Korinya Farm Gate brought into your home. This workshop experience is a labour of love – the process will start the night before as you separate your yoghurt to create 2 products from one. Guided by videos in your own Korinya Farm Gate Workshop portal and with instructions from your workshop box, you will turn your strained whey into gorgeous feta and the labneh into a stunning natural cheesecake dessert. The only question is, will your feta make it into a pie, a salad, or be so tempting that it may not even make it past the end of the cooking experience!
