YOGHURT - scoop-able + no slime

A great all rounder thick 'greek' yoghurt- jammed packed full of goodness & simple to make

Ingredients
  

  • 2 litres Milk
  • 180 grams Un-flavoured yoghurt (I like greek)
  • 2 tbsp Colostrum powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Probiotic powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 litres milk to 90 degrees c (I like to use a thermomix for this step so I don't burn or forget it)
  • In a seperate bowl weigh in 180grams of yoghurt
  • add to that bowl 2 Tablspns colostrum powder, super food!!!
  • also add 1/4 teaspoon or 1 capsule of a good probiotic powder.. this makes it next level!
  • Once milk has hit 90 degrees celsius, allow to cool to 35 degrees celsius
  • Once the milk is 35degrees c, stir in the yoghurt and other powerhouse goodies into the milk..incorporate well
  • Put yoghurt milk into a jar of choice.
  • For 10 hrs keep the jar warms.
    Options below
    Yoghurt makers, put in a dehydrator for 10 hrs on 35 degrees c, put in esky with hot water around it with esky lid on.
  • After 10hrs you will have delightful, scoop able, slime free immune boosting yoghurt!
